Renewals: Renewal is automatic. To prevent renewal, you must cancel the service.

Cancellations: You can schedule a service cancellation to take effect automatically at the time of renewal; there is no need to wait until just before the renewal date to make the request. You can also request an immediate cancellation, but please note that no refunds will be issued.

Upgrades: You can request an upgrade at any time. Once your payment is confirmed, the server is upgraded immediately (please contact support if the upgrade is not completed within 2 minutes after payment). Upgrades are billed on a pro-rated daily basis, charging only the price difference for the number of days remaining until renewal.

Downgrades: You can request a downgrade at any time. Downgrades are applied immediately and cannot be scheduled for a future date. Please note that no refunds will be given.
